AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the Destination Imagination Colorado ("DI Colorado") website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

DI Colorado is the official affiliate of Destination Imagination Inc. serving the state of Colorado. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and equipping students to become the next generation of innovators and leaders.

USE OF WEBSITE

PERMITTED USE

You may use our website to:

✓Learn about DI Colorado programs and events
✓Register teams and participants
✓Access resources and training materials
✓View event calendars and tournament information
✓Make payments and donations
✓Contact DI Colorado staff and volunteers

PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access
✗Interfere with or disrupt the website
✗Upload malicious code or viruses

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

Some features require registration. When registering:

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account

For team registrations involving minors: The registering adult confirms they have authority to register participants and consent to program participation on their behalf.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms in addition to these terms.

Registration Fee Refunds

•Fees are generally non-refundable once processed
•Cancellations before deadline may receive partial refund
•DI-cancelled events are fully refunded
•Extenuating circumstances reviewed case-by-case

DONATIONS

DI Colorado is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
